Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

• My verification code didn’t arrive at my @lawrence.edu email.
  Please check your Junk or Spam folder in Outlook—it may have been filtered there.
• I can't use the "current location" feature.
  Make sure you’ve granted the app permission to access your location while using the app in your device settings.

Account & Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their account at any time. When an account is deleted:

• All personal data associated with the account (name, email, phone number, student ID) will be permanently deleted.
• All past requests and related activity will be removed from our systems.
• This process cannot be reversed once completed.

To request account deletion, please contact us at support@campus-safety-app.com from your registered email address.
